We only accept payment through Square invoicing and cash.
Yes! No need to board your pets for your service. As long as they are comfortable with us, we don't mind having the company.
We do prefer that clients not be home during their service because our cleaners have a certain flow that can be sometimes disrupted if clients are home. However, if a client works from home or just prefers to be home, we have no issue with that!
We aim to send the same cleaner to your house each service. However, if their is a scheduling conflict that arises we will be sure to communicate that with the client in advance.
No! The Cutting Clutter Team will come fully equipped to service your home. But, if you have a preference on certain cleaning products feel free to let us know before hand and leave it for us on the day of your service.
No. We do offer laundry and dish washing services for an additional fee though! If that is something you are interested in, just contact us and let us know you'd like to add that on to your service at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
